Jupiter in Aquarius  (I Grow in Unconventional Ways) 

Jupiter is in Retrograde and so it has moved out of Pisces and backwards into Aquarius. Jupiter is known as the Great Benefic, and so the effects of Jupiter Retrograde isn't that much different from Jupiter Direct. When Jupiter goes retrograde, it isn't really bad per se, but rather this is a time when we should refrain from taking too many risks, and our optimism should be tempered with a little skepticism. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.....

JWhen Jupiter Retrograde transits Aquarius it triggers growth and expansion in the area of technology, altruism, and personal freedom. This is a good time to review any changes that we want to make in our lives on a personal level and in the world in general.

When Jupiter transits the fourth house, the urge to grow plays out in the area of home. Your home could be expanded or enlarged in some way such as by the removal of clutter, re-arranging furniture, or remodeling. The influence of Aquarius contributes an unusual or unconventional flavor to the design or style of the home.  You want more harmony and stability now so you might work on improving your family relations by spending more time with your family and being more accepting of any differences that make you all unique individuals.  

With Jupiter in retrograde this could manifest as making plans to change your home that are unrealistic. For example, you may learn that the wall you want to tear down has a hidden support beam and doing so would make the room collapse;  your plans for remodeling exceed your budget, or the beautiful furniture you purchased is impractical. 

 Aspects 

Aspects, or relationships between planets is another dimension of astrological interpretation that should be interpreted. Let us suppose that you have Venus at 02° Scorpio. This would mean that Jupiter at 29° Aquarius is forming a trine, soft aspect to your Natal Venus. 

When transit Jupiter Trines your Natal Venus you are much more friendly and sociable. You have a lighthearted, optimistic attitude, and people notice your chart and charisma. It is possible that a new love relationship can bloom at this time - however since Jupiter is in retrograde don't let love blind you to the other person's faults.
