Venus in Aquarius (General) 

When Venus is in Aquarius people are generally happier and more romantic. They are more caring, humanitarian and want friendships and romance more than usual. They may also experience "falling in love" suddenly and more frequently. Perhaps this is all due to it being so close to Valentine's Day and many people are not looking forward to another year alone.  Aquarius is ruled by Uranus, the rebel planet, and so in their search for love and friendships people may look beyond their usual "type" and seek out relationships (friendships and romances) with people who are non-conforming in some way.

Venus transiting the fourth house is also a good time to beautify your home and make it more inviting. 

Aspects 

Aspects, or relationships between planets, is another dimensions of astrological interpretation that should be taken into consideration. For example, in my birth chart I have Jupiter in 4° Aquarius, so Venus would be applying a conjunction to my Jupiter. A conjunction between Transit Venus and Natal Jupiter could indicate to feelings of generosity, positivity, and lightheartedness.  You feel luckier and could possibly meet someone new at a social function.  Finally, the chances that you overindulge in food or drink could be greater so this is something that you should be aware of if you struggle with over-eating, emotional eating / drinking or alcoholism.
